Research Library

The library is open the 2nd Saturday and the 3rd & 4th Mondays of each month, January through November. Hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The library research rooms are closed during the month of December to accommodate church activities, however our officers and volunteers continue working during this time so if you have a special need, please feel free to ask.

New York State Thruway (I-87)
Take Exit 19 (Kingston). Follow signs for Route 28 West.
After traffic light, take second right onto Route 209 South (Ellenville).
At the sign for Hurley make a right, just after you go under an overpass.
Make a right at the STOP sign onto Main Street. You will see the Hurley Reformed Church on your left.
The Society's research library is located in the basement of Schadewald Hall.

Research Requests

If you are unable to visit our library you are invited to submit research requests. We currently have only two volunteers on this committee who will be glad to answer minimal requests. Please limit the quantity and scope of their requests accordingly. Please include as much detail as possible, be specific. Send your research request to:
